Common name for plasmas that, besides electrons and ions, contain macroscopic particles of nanometer to micrometer size. As a rule, such particles are negatively charged. Particles of 10 micron diameter can carry 5,000 elementary charges. By their electrical interaction these highly charged particles can form a liquid or solid state (plasma crystal). (출처 : 세미파크)
